Purchased this portable AC for use upstairs while we were without central AC for just over a week in Florida during July. Kept the room very comfortable and allowed us to stay home rather than having to stay in a hotel. Would highly recommend.

Not too good - uninsulated discharge hose is a very poor design. Putting more heat into a room that you’re trying to cool. Plus discharge window plate needs option to have exit Hoke in left or right side. Currently only installs to left side taking up more space in the room. The hose connector to the plate falls out from the pull of the hose, I had to put a piece of wood under it to take off the strain.
