I was amazed at how loud this machine was. It had a noisy, clanking sound. It took an hour and 25 minutes to finish a regular wash. Way too long. Water would only fill up halfway when put on max fill with regular wash.

Jury is still out! Does not seem to completely dry the clothes on the normal cycle, even on High Heat. I plan to try the timed cycle for about 45 minutes and see how it goes.

I bought this less than a month ago and wish I hadnÕt. The water levels, even on max fill, are very low. Ive been told this is an efficiency feature but find it hard to believe it is efficient to wash in two loads what I could with one if the water levels were higher. IÕve never had a machine that gets so ÒunbalancedÓ so often or easily and then it is impossible to open the lid to rebalance without waiting many minutes. It makes a lot of noisey clanking sounds while cycling which I could live with it it werenÕt for the other annoying features. I miss being able to stop a cycle, easily add an item or two, and continue the cycle. I miss being able to choose a spin only cycle. This is definitely not a user friendly appliance.I should add.....I LOVE the dryer. It is very quick although it doesnÕt seem to have an audible sound when the load is dry. I can deal with that.

I bought the same identical unit to the one that finally died after 20 years. This new unit has more settings than I think it needs or at least it does for me. Makes some strange Clunks during the cycles and cycles take longer than the old unit, but this one really spins things dry

Washer auto locks and gets stuck in locked position. Must unplug the unit every time a load is washed to get it to unlock. If it gets out of balance itÕs even worse. Unplug it....wait an hour...pray it unlocks - takes repeated attempts. Only buy this piece of garbage if you love to waste time. By far the worst appliance IÕve ever used. IÕd pay them to take it away on top of what I spent to buy it. Any...and I mean ANY thing else would be better. Steer clear. DonÕt buy it. DonÕt even consider it. Hand wash if you have to!!
